AXA PPP healthcare plan 'ensures quicker treatment'
November 08, 2010
One of AXA PPP healthcare's budget policies has been designed with consumers worried about long NHS waiting times in mind.
One of AXA PPP healthcare's private medical insurance policies makes sure policyholders get prompt access to treatment should they ever require it.
An article in the Daily Telegraph explained that insurers are increasingly coming up with 'budget' plans designed to appeal to consumers who want to enjoy some of the benefits of private healthcare without paying the full costs associated with it.
It was explained that AXA PPP healthcare is just one of the providers that is offering this type of policy at the moment, with one plan allowing insurance to be claimed if necessary NHS treatment is not provided within six weeks.
"This is aimed at those whose primary concern is not having to wait for treatment," the report stated.
AXA PPP healthcare, which has been involved in the medical insurance industry for 70 years, offers its policyholders access to more than 250 hospitals in its quality-assessed network across the UK.
